Data Analytics & Sales Operations (EMEA)

We are looking for a motivated Intern to support the EMEA Sales Operations team in Munich. The role is focused on data preparation, basic reporting support, and helping the team keep business information accurate and well organized.

The intern will work closely with the EMEA Sales Operations Business Analyst and will gain practical experience in sales operations, data analysis, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Data Support

• Support the preparation of recurring reports and simple dashboards.
• Collect, organize, and validate data from different sources.
• Help maintain clean and consistent reporting files.

Data Quality

• Perform basic data checks and highlight inconsistencies.
• Support corrective actions under guidance from the team.

Business Support

• Assist with DWIN, pipeline, and KPI tracking activities.
• Prepare simple summaries and presentation inputs for business reviews.

Required

• Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Preferred

• Interest in business analytics, forecasting, and process optimization.
• Experience in any BI tools.
