Job description

A Snapshot of Your Day As part of the Procurement Excellence team, you play a key role in shaping the future capabilities of our global procurement organization. Your day combines strategic workforce planning, digital transformation, and talent development. You collaborate with procurement leaders, HR stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify future skill requirements, drive AI and digital learning initiatives, and enable organizational readiness for new ways of working. Through data-driven insights and targeted development programs, you help ensure that our procurement workforce is equipped to meet current and future business challenges.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Development and continuous enhancement of a global competency framework for procurement roles, covering technical, digital, and leadership capabilities
  • Execution of workforce capability assessments, skills-gap analyses, and workforce analytics to identify development needs and support future workforce planning
  • Design and implementation of digital learning strategies, structured learning pathways, and upskilling initiatives with a focus on AI, data analytics, and digital procurement capabilities
  • Leadership of people-focused transformation initiatives to support the adoption of new digital technologies, processes, and ways of working within procurement
  • Definition and monitoring of workforce and learning KPIs to measure digital competence growth, AI adoption, and learning effectiveness
  • Enablement of talent development and organizational effectiveness through succession planning, change management initiatives, mentoring concepts, and continuous learning programs

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in workforce development, talent management, learning & development, or organizational development within an international matrix organization
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a comparable corporate function, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and business requirements
  • Expertise in strategic workforce planning, competence management, organizational development, and change management
  • Knowledge of AI, digital transformation, workforce analytics, and data-driven decision-making, including experience with modern learning and development approaches
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, combined with an innovative mindset and passion for continuous learning and capability building

About The Team Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
