About The Programme The National Graduate Programme is a structured development journey lasting 18 or 24 months, depending on your assigned business area.

You'll join Emirates Group in a permanent role from day one and follow a tailored development plan designed to accelerate your professional growth while giving you practical experience in your chosen field.

Business Areas Qualifications Graduate opportunities are available across a wide range of business functions. Depending on your qualifications, skills and business requirements, you may be placed in areas such as:

• Corporate Services: Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Legal, Governance & Compliance, Internal Audit and more.
• Commercial: SkyCargo, Skywards, Revenue Optimisation, Network Planning, Sales, Market Research and more.
• Airline & Airport Operations: Engineering & Maintenance, Ground Services, Logistics, Supply Chain and more.
• Dnata: Ground Handling, Cargo Operations, Travel Services, Flight Catering, Safety and more.

Qualification

Who Can Apply? To be eligible for the National Graduate Programme, you must:

• Emiratization (UAE Passport and Family Book).
• 27 years old or younger.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree from a university accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education.
• Provide your final academic transcript at the time of application.
• Have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).
• No more than two years of work experience after graduation.
• Completed National Service or be permanently exempt (male applicants only).
• Hold a valid English language qualification: IELTS Academic 6.0 or above; or TOEFL 550 or above (or equivalent).

Upon Successful Completion Upon successfully completing the National Graduate Programme and meeting the required performance standards, you will progress to the next grade with an enhanced reward package.
