Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Bobcat Operator to operate skid-steer loaders and other compact construction equipment safely and efficiently at construction, industrial, infrastructure, demolition, and project sites.

The operator will be responsible for material handling, loading, leveling, grading, excavation, cleaning, debris removal, and other assigned earthmoving activities while strictly following site safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Bobcat/skid-steer loader safely and efficiently according to site requirements.
• Load, transport, and unload soil, sand, gravel, construction materials, and debris.
• Perform leveling, grading, spreading, backfilling, and surface preparation.
• Assist with excavation and earthmoving activities as directed by the site supervisor.
• Operate attachments such as buckets, forks, breakers, sweepers, or other approved attachments when required.
• Perform site cleaning, debris removal, and material handling activities.
• Maintain safe operating distances from workers, vehicles, structures, and underground services.
• Conduct daily pre-start and post-operation inspections of the Bobcat.
• Check engine oil, coolant, hydraulic oil, tires, attachments, and other basic equipment conditions.
• Carry out routine greasing and basic operator-level maintenance.
• Report mechanical faults, hydraulic leaks, damage, or unusual machine conditions immediately.
• Follow site HSE procedures, PPE requirements, traffic management rules, and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain the machine and attachments in clean and safe working condition.
• Record equipment operating hours, fuel usage, and maintenance information when required.
• Coordinate with supervisors, banksmen, drivers, and other equipment operators.
• Perform other duties related to equipment operation as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bobcat / Skid-Steer Loader Operator.
• Practical experience in construction, earthmoving, infrastructure, demolition, or industrial projects.
• Good knowledge of Bobcat controls and safe operating procedures.
• Valid UAE heavy-equipment operator license/certification, where required.
• Ability to operate different Bobcat attachments safely.
• Knowledge of basic machine inspection, lubrication, and operator-level maintenance.
• Good understanding of construction-site HSE and safety procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in demanding site conditions.
• Previous UAE experience is an advantage.
• Experience in oil & gas, industrial, demolition, or large infrastructure projects is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience: 2–3+ years of Bobcat/skid-steer operating experience preferred.

Candidates with UAE heavy-equipment experience and a valid relevant license/certification will be preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
