Construction Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Engineer with strong UAE experience in villa construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising civil construction activities from the initial stages through to project completion, ensuring that works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities for villa projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and civil drawings.
• Monitor site progress and ensure construction activities are completed according to the approved schedule.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, UAE regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues, defects, and required corrective actions.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure proper integration of civil and MEP works.
• Monitor materials, manpower, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and arrange approvals for completed works.
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.
• Assist with quantity measurements, material requirements, and project cost control.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure proper finishing and handover of villa projects within the required quality and timeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of civil construction experience, preferably with significant experience in villa projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of villa construction, structural works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, finishes, and external works.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
