Job Summary

Kingswood Technical Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician with proven expertise in both electrical and plumbing maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out installation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance works across residential, commercial, and industrial properties while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations.
• Install and repair lighting systems, switches, sockets, circuit breakers, and distribution boards.
• Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Conduct testing and inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Respond to emergency electrical breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and completed works.
• Report defects and recommend corrective actions to supervisors.

Plumbing Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage systems.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing faults including leaks, blockages, and pipe damage.
• Install and maintain sanitary fixtures, water heaters, pumps, valves, and related equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment.
• Perform pressure testing and commissioning of plumbing installations.
• Clear drainage blockages and ensure proper operation of wastewater systems.
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings and technical specifications.
• Respond to emergency plumbing repairs and service requests.
• Ensure all plumbing works comply with applicable regulations and safety requirements.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and completed works.

General Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections of client facilities.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technical staff to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide professional service and support to clients when on-site.
• Assist with other maintenance activities as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant technical qualification, diploma, or trade certification in Electrical or Plumbing disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in electrical and/or plumbing maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and maintenance best practices.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.

Important Note

Applicants must have relevant practical experience in electrical and/or plumbing maintenance. Candidates without relevant technical experience will not be considered.

Working Conditions

• Site-based work across multiple client locations.
• May require overtime, weekend work, and emergency call-outs.
• Ability to work indoors, outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
