What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?

• Kick things off at the hub and take customers for a smooth test drive.
• Follow SOPs like a pro to deliver experiences smoother than a brand-new engine.
• Promote and sell value-added services (VAS) that enhance every customer's purchase journey.
• Help customers make informed decisions by presenting financing and insurance (F&I) solutions clearly and confidently.
• Deliver a personalized experience by understanding and responding to each customer's unique needs.
• Earn customer trust through exceptional service and relationship-building that drives repeat business and referrals.

What’s Under the Hood?

• 2-3 years of relevant sales experience in the automobile industry.
• A solid understanding of the used car market and business acumen that’s sharper than a new set of tires.
• Technical expertise to talk engines, parts, and all things mechanical with confidence.
• Laser-sharp attention to detail.
• Communication skills that build bridges and trust.
• A valid UAE driving license (obviously!).
