Role Description The Instrumental Fitter is responsible for installing, aligning, and maintaining industrial instruments and related mechanical components used in construction and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical drawings and specifications, fitting and assembling instruments, performing routine inspections, and supporting troubleshooting and repair activities to ensure safe and reliable operation. The role involves close collaboration with engineers, technicians, and site supervisors to meet project timelines and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, requiring consistent presence at project locations and adherence to company safety and performance procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in instrument fitting, mechanical assembly, and alignment of industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation manuals.
  • Experience with basic diagnostic tools, measurement devices, and calibration procedures.
  • Knowledge of construction-site safety practices and safe handling of tools and equipment.
  • Previous experience in construction, industrial maintenance, or a related technical field.
  • Relevant technical diploma, vocational certificate, or equivalent practical training.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate with diverse teams, and follow project schedules.
  • Basic communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in outdoor and industrial environments and comply with company policies.
