Forklift Operator

Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join its warehouse and logistics team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced operator who can safely handle packing materials, furniture, equipment, and other goods while supporting loading, unloading, and storage activities. The successful candidate will contribute to efficient warehouse operations while maintaining strict workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, move, and stack goods and materials.
• Transport furniture, packing supplies, pallets, equipment, and freight within warehouse and operational areas.
• Perform pre-operation and post-operation forklift inspections.
• Report equipment faults, damage, or maintenance requirements to supervisors promptly.
• Assist warehouse teams with receiving, storage, picking, staging, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure goods are handled carefully to prevent damage during transportation and stacking.
• Follow designated storage locations and maintain proper organization of warehouse materials.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and delivery vehicles when required.
• Maintain accurate records of material movements and warehouse activities.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
• Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and applicable UAE workplace regulations.
• Participate in safety training and toolbox meetings.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, drivers, and logistics staff to complete daily tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid UAE Forklift Operator License/Certification.
• 2–4 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, logistics, moving, or transportation environment.
• Good knowledge of forklift operation, warehouse procedures, and material handling.
• Ability to safely handle different types of loads and operate equipment in confined areas.
• Physically fit and capable of performing warehouse-related duties.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible approach to work.
