Cashier

Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join its team in Dubai. This position is ideal for an individual with strong numerical skills and a professional approach to handling customer payments, invoices, receipts, and daily financial transactions. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate cash records while providing efficient customer service and supporting the company’s finance and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process cash, card, online, and other authorized payment transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts, invoices, payment confirmations, and related documents to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of daily cash collections and transactions.
• Verify invoices, prices, discounts, and payment amounts before completing transactions.
• Handle cash securely and maintain the required cash balance.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies to the finance team.
• Assist customers with payment-related questions and provide courteous service.
• Process refunds, cancellations, and adjustments according to company procedures.
• Maintain organized records of receipts, payment vouchers, refunds, and financial documents.
• Coordinate with the accounting and administration teams regarding customer payments.
• Assist in tracking outstanding customer payments when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company financial information.
• Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and professional.
• Perform other finance-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Cashier, Accounts Assistant, Billing Executive, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of cash handling, billing, and basic accounting procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and POS or accounting software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy approach to financial transactions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy logistics and moving environment.
