Storekeeper

Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to support its warehouse and logistics operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure materials are received, stored, and issued efficiently. The successful candidate will help maintain smooth warehouse operations while ensuring proper handling and control of company goods and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, materials, packing supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all warehouse items.
• Organize and store materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
• Issue goods and supplies to authorized employees according to approved requests.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management when replenishment is required.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile quantities with inventory records.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and other documents.
• Record stock receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches accurately.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and administration teams regarding inventory requirements.
• Inspect stored items for damage, shortages, or deterioration and report issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storage environment.
• Ensure packing materials and moving supplies are readily available for operational requirements.
• Update stock information using spreadsheets, ERP systems, or inventory management software.
• Assist with periodic inventory audits and prepare stock reports for management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, Stock Controller, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Experience in the moving, logistics, transportation, or warehousing industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory or ERP software.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically active and fast-paced environment.
