Driver

OVO Luxury Signature is looking for a reliable and experienced Driver & Inventory Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have UAE driving experience as well as hands-on experience in inventory and stock management, preferably within the fashion, garment, retail, or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Transportation

• Safely transport management, employees, garments, materials, documents, and other company items as assigned.
• Deliver and collect garments, fabrics, accessories, samples, and other materials between company locations, suppliers, clients, and other destinations.
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed accurately and on time.
• Plan daily routes efficiently and use GPS/navigation applications when required.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and good condition of the assigned company vehicle.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and promptly report any maintenance or repair requirements.
• Ensure all company vehicles are used responsibly and in accordance with UAE traffic laws and company policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading garments, materials, cartons, and stock when required.

Inventory & Stock Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and properly record incoming stock and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for fabrics, garments, accessories, packaging materials, and other company items.
• Check quantities against delivery notes, purchase orders, and stock records.
• Organize and store inventory properly to ensure items are easily accessible and protected from damage.
• Issue materials and stock to the relevant departments based on approved requests.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with monthly and periodic inventory checks.
• Identify and report stock shortages, excess quantities, damaged items, or discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements, transfers, receipts, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Warehouse, and Accounts teams regarding stock requirements and discrepancies.
• Ensure stock is handled carefully and that the inventory area remains clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Support stock reconciliation and ensure physical inventory matches system records.
• Assist with preparing inventory reports and updating stock records when required.

General Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities as assigned by Management.
• Handle company documents, materials, and products with confidentiality and care.
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when dealing with suppliers, clients, and employees.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational instructions.
• Be flexible to assist with additional warehouse, delivery, or operational duties when required.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Minimum 1 year of UAE driving experience.
• Previous experience in inventory, stock control, warehouse, or storekeeping is required.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, locations, and GPS navigation.
• Experience handling garments, fabrics, fashion accessories, or manufacturing materials is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory records, stock counting, and documentation.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading and unloading when required.
• Responsible, punctual, organized, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
