Senior Visa Consultant – Dubai
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Summary
WVG Group is hiring an experienced Senior Visa Consultant for its Dubai office.
The successful candidate will assess client profiles, manage visa applications, review supporting documents, and provide accurate and professional guidance throughout the application process.
This position plays an important role within the organization by connecting clients, sales, and operations teams while ensuring that every application meets WVG Group’s standards for quality, accuracy, compliance, and customer service.

Managing complex cases and previous visa refusals effectively.
Supporting junior consultants and contributing to team development.
Maintaining accurate and updated client records in the CRM.

Responsibilities
Assess clients’ travel history, employment, finances, family circumstances, and travel objectives.
Recommend suitable visa options based on each client’s profile.
Manage applications for Schengen countries, the UK, Canada, the USA, Australia, and other destinations.
Prepare personalized document checklists for clients.
Complete and review visa application forms.
Prepare professional cover letters, travel itineraries, and supporting statements.
Review bank statements, employment documents, invitations, hotel bookings, insurance policies, and travel arrangements.
Identify missing documents, inconsistencies, weaknesses, and potential application risks.
Conduct final quality checks before applications are submitted.
Explain visa procedures, document requirements, fees, timelines, and potential risks clearly.
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents and important deadlines.
Manage complex applications, previous refusals, appeals, and reapplications.
Maintain complete and accurate case notes in the company’s CRM.
Monitor changes in embassy, consulate, and immigration requirements.
Coordinate with the sales, operations, customer-service, and management teams.
Support and train junior visa consultants.
Escalate suspected fraudulent documents, compliance concerns, and serious client complaints.
Protect confidential client and company information.
Avoid guaranteeing visa approval, embassy appointments, or processing times.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a visa consultant or in a similar position.
Strong knowledge of Schengen, UK, Canada, USA, and other major visa processes.
Experience managing complex applications and previous visa refusals.
Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
Strong Arabic communication skills.
Excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills.
Strong document-review and analytical abilities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prepare professional letters and supporting documents.
Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Leadership, coaching, or team-supervision experience is preferred.
Previous UAE or Gulf-market experience is an advantage.
