Senior Analyst, M&A Advisory

The investment bank is hiring a Senior Analyst to work on M&A advisory mandates across both sell-side and buy-side transactions. The role is based in Dubai.

The Role

This position sits within the M&A advisory team and covers the full transaction lifecycle, from origination through to close. The investment bank operates in a market that is at an early stage of institutionalisation, which means deal exposure at this level is broader than at more mature platforms. Private equity is a relevant sector context for the work.

Likely Focus

• Supporting origination activity on both sell-side and buy-side mandates
• Execution work across live transactions, including financial modelling, valuation, and deal documentation
• Engagement with private equity clients and counterparties
• Contributing across multiple stages of a deal rather than a narrow execution-only remit

Expected Profile

• Prior experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, or a transaction-focused role
• Comfortable working across origination and execution, not solely one or the other
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Familiarity with private equity deal dynamics is likely relevant
• Interest in or experience with Gulf or broader MENA markets
