Credit Analyst

This is a Credit Analyst position based in Dubai, UAE, with a private credit fund. The role sits at analyst level within the private credit sector.

The Role

The Credit Analyst will support credit assessment and portfolio-related work within a private credit fund operating in the UAE market. The position is based full-time in Dubai.

Likely Focus

• Analysing credit risk across private credit transactions and borrower profiles
• Preparing credit memoranda and investment committee materials
• Conducting financial modelling and cash flow analysis on prospective and existing credits
• Monitoring portfolio company performance against covenants and financial metrics
• Supporting due diligence processes on new lending opportunities
• Tracking market and sector developments relevant to the fund's credit exposures

Expected Profile

• Background in credit analysis, corporate banking, leveraged finance, or a related discipline
• Comfort with financial modelling and interpreting company financial statements
• Analyst-level experience, whether from a bank, credit fund, or similar institution
• Familiarity with private credit structures such as direct lending, mezzanine, or unitranche
• Strong written communication skills for producing credit papers and internal reports
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
