About the role

We are hiring a Senior Analyst to support deal origination and execution across our sell-side and buy-side mandates.

Responsibilities

• Source new SME opportunities through outreach, referrals, and market mapping
• Manage relationships with business owners and stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle
• Prepare teasers, information memoranda, financial models, and data rooms
• Support due diligence and coordinate with legal, financial, and tax advisors
• Draft and review transaction documents (NDAs, engagement letters, term sheets)
• Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in audit, investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, or related field
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable managing client relationships independently
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in using AI tools to accelerate research, modeling, and drafting
• UAE market experience is a plus
