Job Description Job Description: Value Proposition Manager – Emirati Segment Role Purpose The Value Proposition Manager – Emirati Segment will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric propositions, initiatives, and campaigns that strengthen Emirates Islamic’s position as the preferred bank for Emirati households. The role focuses on driving acquisition, engagement, cross-sell, customer experience enhancements, and revenue growth within the UAE National customer segment.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Banking, Customer Propositions, Retail Banking, Project Management, or Data Analytics.
• Professional Project Management Certification, such as PMP or equivalent, is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Retail Banking products and customer lifecycle management.
• UAE banking experience will be highly advantageous.
