About the role

Our European Distribution Team located in Hamburg is looking for a*n working student

logitics and demand coordination for a period of one year with up to 20 h per week to

support daily logistics and export customer service activities.

What You Will Do

Prepare, analyze, and maintain logistics data using Excel and SAP to support operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.

Coordinate closely with European Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PLs) to monitor operational performance and resolve open topics, including Goods Issue (GI), Goods Receipt (GR) bookings, and inbound logistics issues.

Support export operations in order entry and alignment with planning department to ensure ontime shipping

Create and analyze open order reports for export markets, collaborating with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners to ensure optimal product availability and customer service levels.

Act as a key interface between warehouses, logistics partners, and customers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

Who You Are

Enrolled student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field at a German university or university of applied sciences, ideally with first practical experience gained through internships, working student positions, or an apprenticeship.

Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset with a proactive and reliable way of working.

Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Fluent in English; additional language skills such as German or Spanish are considered a plus.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic SAP skills (MM, SD) are advantageous.
