Job description
Are you eager to shape the future of business strategy and digital transformation? Join our team as an intern in Controlling, where you will gain hands-on experience in global operations, collaborate with international stakeholders, and drive your own digital initiatives in a supportive environment.

During your assignment, you will assist our team in the short-, medium-, and long-term business planning process of a business unit, with a specific focus on cost evaluation and product portfolio profitability analysis.

You will develop your own digitalization project using tools such as Power Automate, IBM Planning Analytics, or advanced Excel capabilities.

Additionally, you will analyze cost structures and help draft measure recommendations for our management.

Finally, you will cooperate on an international restructuring project that spans several global plants and functions.

Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable

Experience and Knowledge: advanced use of Excel (and affinity to work with other software and databases)

Personality and Working Practice: you excel at working with numbers and data, executing tasks autonomously and reliably, and proactively mastering new skills

Work Routine: we offer you the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup (min. 2 days/week on-site)

Enthusiasm: for automation, digitalization and process improvement

Languages: very good in English or German
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 4 - 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
