We’re Hiring: Full Stack Developer – AI / Agentic AI

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi – Onsite

🌍 Offshore candidates may also be considered

💰 Budget: Up to 18,000 AED per month

📌 Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a strong Full Stack AI Engineer with hands-on experience building production-grade LLM-powered conversational applications.

This is not a regular Full Stack Developer or basic GenAI role. Candidates must have practical project experience across frontend, backend, MCP-based tools, agent orchestration and real-time AI applications.

✅ Mandatory Hands-on Skills

Frontend:

• Angular

• RxJS and reactive programming

• Real-time conversational UI development

• WebSocket-based streaming updates

Backend:

• Python

• FastAPI and asynchronous services

• REST API and middleware development

• API contracts and schema-driven development

AI and Agentic Systems:

• Production-level LLM integrations

• Tool calling and structured outputs

• MCP / FastMCP

• LangChain and LangGraph

• Multi-agent architectures

• Agent orchestration, task decomposition and fallback mechanisms

• Prompt engineering and model failure handling

Platform and Infrastructure:

• Redis for caching, sessions and conversation memory

• Cosmos DB or MongoDB

• Pinecone or another vector database

• Event-driven and distributed systems

• High-concurrency and scalable application design

Cloud and DevOps:

• Microsoft Azure

• Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI

• GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps CI/CD

• Pull requests, branching and deployment pipelines

• Monitoring, logging and tracing for AI workflows

🔍 Candidates should have worked on projects involving:

• Angular-based AI chat or conversational interfaces

• Streaming LLM responses using WebSockets

• MCP server or MCP tool development

• LangGraph-based agent workflows

• Multi-agent coordination and shared context

• Redis-based session or conversation memory

• Production deployment of enterprise LLM applications

• Latency, cost and response-quality optimization

Profiles with only basic chatbot, prompt engineering, RAG proof of concept, data science or traditional Full Stack experience will not be considered.
