ERP System Analyst

We’re seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Systems Analyst to partner with teams across Accounting, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain. You’ll play a key role in supporting Oracle E‑Business Suite applications, improving process and later on participate in the project to migrate to an advanced ERP system.

What You’ll Do

Managing existing Oracle application. Day to day troubleshooting and develop report if necessarily.

Also help documenting the as-is system operational procedure.

Support to other module and application may also be required - Oracle Sales/ Purchasing/ Inventory module. EDI support and modification. WMS support.

This role will be focusing on support of the Oracle systems which includes Oracle PL/SQL knowledge and Oracle Form & Request troubleshooting.

Candidate is required to have experience working especially in or supporting Finance module. Understanding basic accounting and finance reporting to scope as is FI module and deliver future FI module requirement.

Objective of the job

1． Ensure the normal operation of ERP system business processing, solve ERP problems, and optimize business processing efficiency.

2． Collect the requirements of each business system, providing solutions according to the needs of the business department and adjust the ERP system accordingly.

3． Proficient in Database Technology, such as SQL query, DATA analysis, Reporting, etc.

4． Responsible, with good communication and coordination skills.

Requested profile

• 2–5 years of work experience (including internships) in IT, Business IT, or a related field;
• Strong knowledge of SQL, preferably Oracle SQL, PL/SQL etc.
• Demonstrable experience with finance processes and ERP systems,
• At least 1 year proven experience supporting finance module.
• Familiar with Oracle ERP is preferred.
• Experience with ERP migration is preferred.
• Familiar with one or more programming language (Python, PHP, PowerBI) is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €3.700,00 - €4.500,00 per month
