Digital Procurement Analyst (all genders)

What We Offer:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of a digitalization strategy for the Procurement department
• Technical sub-project management of digitalization initiatives aimed at optimizing procurement processes and increasing transparency
• Creation and optimization of data analyses for Procurement
• Responsibility for procurement processes and the interface to IT
• Process improvement in collaboration with related departments within the Purchase-to-Pay process
• Design and delivery of information sessions and training programs
• Support in ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal corporate requirements in Procurement
• Proactive implementation and optimization of e-procurement solutions

What We Are Looking For:

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field, combined with initial professional experience or relevant internships in IT and Procurement
• Affinity for IT, ideally with knowledge of digitalization, data analytics, and the management of small-scale IT projects
• Knowledge of common software applications (SAP R/3, BW, MS Office) and digital procurement solutions (e.g., process mining software)
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
