  Als Claim Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Claims Managements in Deutschland. Mit Deinem Fokus auf Effizienz, Transparenz und Qualität stellst Du eine professionelle Schadenbearbeitung sicher und trägst maßgeblich zur Risikominimierung sowie zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit bei. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Produktsparten gestaltest und optimierst Du zentral gesteuerte Prozesse und Standards. Zudem verantwortest Du die Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reportings und KPIs, analysierst operative und strategische Kennzahlen und nutzt diese als Grundlage für fundierte Managemententscheidungen und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen.
