Job Details:

Respond to incoming client inquiries professionally and work to turn qualified prospects into successful property sales.

Present available real estate properties to potential buyers, explain key features clearly, and recommend suitable options based on individual requirements.

Prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, and other documentation required for property transactions.

Guide clients through the administrative and legal procedures involved in purchasing and selling real estate.

Manage the complete sales process from the first client contact through negotiations, follow-ups, and final deal completion.

Represent the company professionally during client meetings, property viewings, negotiations, and other business interactions.

Maintain an organized and customer-focused sales process while ensuring clients receive timely information and support at every stage.

Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and continued engagement.

Monitor local real estate market developments, customer preferences, and competitor activity and provide useful feedback to support sales planning and pricing decisions.

Maintain accurate records of prospects, property viewings, negotiations, follow-ups, and completed transactions.

Job Experience Requirements:

Completed higher education qualification in a relevant field.

Minimum 3 years of practical experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a closely related position.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to protect company interests while maintaining positive client relationships.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in professional client interactions.

Professional appearance, conduct, and customer service approach.

Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward sales targets and manage changing priorities.

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.

Good knowledge of real estate sales processes and willingness to stay informed about changing market conditions.
