Overview

Job Details:

Provide guests with accurate and helpful information about available Wellness, Spa, and Fitness services, treatments, and products in a professional manner.

Understand individual guest preferences and recommend appropriate treatments while explaining product features and usage clearly and simply.

Monitor the overall condition, cleanliness, organization, and presentation of Wellness and Spa facilities to ensure established standards are maintained.

Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout their visit to create a comfortable and positive experience.

Introduce available treatments and services confidently while following departmental service standards and encouraging guest engagement.

Respond to guest questions, feedback, and complaints professionally, taking appropriate action to resolve concerns promptly and maintain satisfaction.

Manage treatment and service appointments carefully, keeping schedules accurate and preventing booking conflicts or overlaps.

Assist with the coordination of daily spa and wellness activities to maintain an organized service flow and ensure guests receive timely assistance.

Complete administrative duties, records, and other tasks assigned by department management to support efficient daily operations.

Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues while contributing to a positive and welcoming department environment.

Job Experience Requirements:

Knowledge of at least one foreign language is required, while proficiency in additional languages will be considered an advantage.

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar customer service, hospitality, spa, wellness, or related position.

Responsible and self-motivated approach with strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact comfortably with guests from different cultural and professional backgrounds.

Strong customer service orientation with a genuine interest in providing attentive and high-quality guest experiences.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts according to operational requirements.

Positive, professional, and adaptable attitude with the ability to remain calm and helpful when handling guest concerns.

Ability to work independently while also cooperating effectively with colleagues and other departments.
