Legal Consultancy Expert - UAE National

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Consultancy Expert to provide specialized legal advice, opinions, analysis, and recommendations across various sectors. The role will contribute to the development of policies, strategies, work methodologies, and legislative controls while providing expert technical advice to management and relevant organizational units.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal opinions, advice, and recommendations on matters referred to the department.
• Prepare legal statements and responses relating to inquiries and matters referred to the department and submit them for final approval.
• Monitor and analyze relevant legislation and international laws related to legal consultancy.
• Develop recommendations, policies, plans, and strategies related to legal consultancy and institutional strategies.
• Analyze and evaluate studies, data, surveys, and opinion polls and prepare relevant reports.
• Review and evaluate final reports on matters related to the Ministry and provide expert legal opinions.
• Analyze economic developments and assess their potential impact on production, investment, and broader economic factors.
• Forecast short-term budgetary changes, support long-term planning, and evaluate investment-related considerations.
• Contribute to identifying organizational priorities and developing the necessary plans and programs to achieve them.
• Develop research plans to identify projects and programs that support strategic objectives.
• Propose new techniques and methodologies to improve productivity and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop policies and procedures governing operations and work processes.
• Establish legislative controls and requirements related to operational quality.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to the direct supervisor and relevant organizational units.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Law: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
• Master's Degree in Law: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• PhD in Law: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
