Founder's Associate

We’re building an early-stage AI HealthTech startup focused on nutrition and personal health in the UAE , and we’re looking for a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founders and help us build and grow the product from the ground up.

This role is a good fit for someone early in their career who learns quickly, enjoys solving different types of problems, and wants to have a direct impact on an early-stage company.

What you'll work on

• Researching marketing and acquisition channels and reaching out to potential partners
• Helping launch and analyze marketing experiments
• Finding participants for customer interviews and supporting customer discovery
• Coordinating the work of nutritionists and other external specialists
• Conducting market and competitor research
• Analyzing user feedback and basic product and marketing data
• Supporting product, operations, growth, and other founder-level initiatives
• Taking ownership of ad hoc problems and turning them into actionable solutions

Previous startup experience is not required . We are open to students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals with strong potential. Strong English is important, as we are building for an international market.
