Power BI engineer and Data Analyst (Real Estate)

This position is focused on assisting business users with developing Visualizations and Analytics to interpret data and provide insights with a view to help gain business and operational insights.

• Utilize Visualization tools like Power BI, or Excel to present data to users.
• Understand user requirements and prepare analytics models.
• Run analytical models and interpret results.
• Create user friendly UI for users to utilize the models and view results.
• Document complete project and process methodology and submit project report.
• Any other tasks the Supervisor/ Manager may assign you time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in math, statistics, computer science, or related science field
• Exposure/ Experience with data scripting languages (e.g., SQL)
• Exposure/ Experience with Analytics tools like Power BI/Tableau/ Google Analytics/ Excel
• Exposure/ Experience with Quality Management Tools will be helpful.
