Overview

The Senior Retail Operations Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end Retail Operations agenda across ROW. The role provides accountability across Retail Operations and Field Enablement, ensuring priorities are clear, decisions are aligned, and execution lands consistently across stores.

This role acts as the single accountable owner for Retail Operations governance, communication flow, GTM execution, strategic project delivery, operational standards, and performance follow-up. The role connects cross-functional partners including DTC, IT, HR, Finance, Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain and Field Leadership, translating business priorities into clear actions.

What You'll Do

Drive: Lead the Retail Operations agenda across ROW, ensuring priorities are aligned to business objectives and executed consistently across stores and markets.

Communicate: Own the store communication strategy and execution rhythm, delivering clear, timely, and actionable updates that support operational excellence and business priorities

Partner: Collaborate with Retail, Finance, HR, IT, Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, and Field Leadership teams to align priorities, remove barriers, and drive execution.

Manage: Lead and develop the Retail Operations team, establishing clear accountabilities, priorities, and performance expectations while fostering continuous improvement

Deliver: Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) execution and store readiness, ensuring successful implementation of launches, campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and commercial priorities.

Monitor: Leverage operational reporting, analytics, and performance insights to identify opportunities, improve decision-making, and enhance store performance

Lead: Oversee cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, providing governance, structure, and accountability from planning through implementation

Innovate: Identify and implement scalable processes, tools, and operational best practices that improve efficiency, compliance, and execution across the retail fleet

What You'll Bring to the Table

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Significant experience in retail operations within a multi-store, multi-country retail environment.

Proven leadership experience managing teams, operational programs, and cross-functional initiatives.

Strong understanding of store operations, workforce management, inventory accuracy, compliance requirements, and retail execution.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to translate complex business priorities into actionable plans.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using data and insights to drive decisions and performance improvements.

Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with retail systems, workforce management tools, Power BI, or other reporting platforms preferred
