Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
In this role, you will support our supplier sustainability activities by combining data-driven analysis, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to help advance Infineon’s sustainability ambitions across the supply chain.
- S Sustainability Projects: You contribute to exciting projects that support Infineon’s sustainability strategy across the supply chain
- Collaboration: You collaborate with an international team of sustainability and procurement experts to drive impactful initiatives
- Data Analysis: You analyze sustainability-related data, including supplier carbon emissions and risk data required for compliance with the German Supply Chain Act
- Artificial Intelligence: You drive the team’s AI journey by identifying, implementing, and optimizing AI use cases that improve daily efficiency and effectiveness
- Research: You monitor sustainability trends, regulations, and industry best practices and support the translation of insights into meaningful actions and continuous improvement initiatives
Your profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed You are passionate about sustainability and digital innovation, bringing analytical skills, initiative, and a collaborative mindset to support our supplier sustainability program.
- Study field: You are currently enrolled in a study's program in sustainability, environmental science, business education or a related field
- Working Style: You are highly motivated to drive Infineon’s supplier sustainability program with a high degree of self-initiative, flexibility and a structured way of working
- Work experience: You preferably bring practical experience in sustainability, ideally in a large corporation or consultancy
- IT competencies: You have proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, ideally you bring advanced AI knowledge
- Language skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, German would be a plus

Important information:
- Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
- You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
