Plant Operator (Electrical Department)

Salary Package:

Monthly Salary: 1750/- + Overtime + Accommodation + Air ticket + Medical Insurance + Other Benefits

Role Summary:

Plant Operator in the industrial sector is a critical position responsible for the efficient operation of various machinery and equipment necessary for the production process. This role is pivotal in ensuring continuous, efficient, and safe operations in a manufacturing or production facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate food processing plant machines professionally and safely as per the manufacturer operating instructions during production.
• Ensure working environment is safe to start the production after following the required biosecurity and hygiene procedures.
• Ensure that refrigeration machinery and Ammonia plant is operating as required before starting production.
• Monitoring and recording the refrigeration and Ammonia plant readings on a regular basis. o Inform his section head and processing plant supervisors about any abnormalities occur in the machine or operation to take the proper action.
• Perform preventive or corrective maintenance required for the machines during the stoppage and ensuring the regular hygiene procedures is done after his work to avoid any damages or risks from non-professional hygiene procedures.
• Evaluate the options or expected ramifications for running machine under abnormal condition until preparing the spare part, replacement or waiting for next stoppage.
• Engage in any site work (outside the processing plant) assigned to him by his section head which requires his skills or efforts to fulfill the target of this work as planned.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• High School or vocational course equivalent with welding training certifications
• Must have at least 3-4 years of experience in industrial set up or manufacturing plants.
• Skilled in operating industrial machinery, heavy equipment, or industrial equipment
• Ability to use basic hand tools and work independently
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints and schematics
• Always attentive to detail and alert to ensure safety
• Ability to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-worker

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,750.00 per month
