Job description

Intelligently Moving Your World

XPENG is a leading technology company focused on designing, developing, manufacturing, and marketing intelligent mobility solutions, including electric vehicles (EVs), electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, and robotics. We aim to create a thoughtful and empathetic future for mobility that enhances driving experience. Headquartered in Guangzhou, China, XPENG has regional offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Silicon Valley, and San Diego, and in 2021, we established our European headquarters in Amsterdam, along with offices in Copenhagen, Munich, Oslo, and Stockholm.

Our passionate and diverse team, with expertise in technology, finance, and the automotive industry, spans hubs in China, the US, and Europe. Together, we are forging our international presence as pioneers in the future of mobility.

Why should you be part of our success story?

XPENG Inc.'s American Depositary Shares (ADSs) have been listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the symbol 'XPEV' since August 27, 2020, and on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK) under the symbol '9868.HK' since July 7, 2021. In 2023, XPENG further strengthened its growth trajectory with a $724 million strategic investment from Volkswagen, solidifying its position in the global market. There has never been a more exciting time to join XPENG — a leader in smart electric vehicles and sustainable mobility solutions.

About XPENG and Belgium expansion

XPENG is a young technology company building smart electric vehicles and shaping the future of AI mobility. We started with a small team and big ideas, and we still keep that explorer mindset today. We move fast, we challenge convention, and we turn ambitious technology into real world customer experience. Because our Belux business is growing strongly, we are expanding our activities and opening a new office in Mechelen, Belgium. If you want a role where you can build, learn, and have visible impact, you will feel at home here.

The role in a nutshell

You own the last mile of the sales journey. You take a customer from confirmed order to a delivery moment that feels calm, premium, and well prepared. That means strong planning, sharp coordination with partners, and a clear view on what can go wrong and how to prevent it. You will work closely with retail partners, logistics, and our Order to Delivery team to keep flow predictable and to hit weekly and monthly delivery targets.

How you will start

You will get a practical onboarding with a dedicated buddy who helps you learn our tools, routines, and partners. The goal is simple: you can run deliveries confidently and independently as quickly as possible.

What you will focus on in the first 90 days

  • Learn our delivery workflow end to end and build a reliable weekly planning rhythm
  • Create clear delivery checklists that reduce last minute issues and rework
  • Build trust with retail partners through fast communication and consistent follow through
  • Improve customer updates so every delivery feels informed and predictable

What you will do

  • Plan and coordinate deliveries with retail partners including scheduling, customer requirements, and readiness checks
  • Monitor delivery performance versus weekly targets and act early if we risk missing the monthly plan
  • Coordinate vehicle movement and store arrival timing together with logistics and Order to Delivery
  • Maintain a clear view on constraints such as supply disruptions or product holds and propose workable alternatives to protect timing
  • Support the full order and delivery operation including registration readiness and delivery documentation
  • Track basic account receivables status linked to deliveries and align with internal finance processes where needed
  • Drive continuous improvement of the delivery process by spotting friction and fixing it with partners and internal teams
  • Handle ad hoc operational tasks when the team needs support, with a calm and solution focused approach

What success looks like

  • Deliveries run on time with a consistent premium handover experience
  • Retail partners trust the planning because communication is clear and issues are handled early
  • Customers feel informed and excited because timelines and expectations are managed well
  • Recurring delivery blockers reduce over time because improvements are captured and implemented

What we need from you

  • Respectful and accommodating towards customers, colleagues, and business partners
  • Minimum 3 years in automotive delivery, retail operations, or customer coordination. Dealership back office logistics experience is a strong plus
  • Good understanding of planning and logistics and comfort working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Structured and independent, while still enjoying teamwork and shared goals
  • Self starter with strong daily discipline and a positive, practical mindset
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as automotive, commercial, business, or similar is required.
  • Trilingual: Dutch Flemish, French, and English.

What you can expect at XPENG

  • A varied role with a large internal and external contact surface
  • A fast growing environment where you can improve processes and see the impact quickly
  • A team that values ownership, good energy, and getting things done with quality
