My client - one of the world's leading quantitative trading firms - is hiring a Production Support Engineer to support mission-critical front office trading systems in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where uptime, speed, and reliability are everything.

You'll play a key role keeping global trading platforms running seamlessly, supporting the full trade lifecycle from pre-trade validation through post-trade processing, working alongside world-class trading, engineering, and infrastructure teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

🔹 Monitor and support live trading applications and production systems

🔹 Investigate and resolve production incidents, minimizing downtime at every turn

🔹 Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative fixes

🔹 Manage production releases, scheduled changes, and automated workflows

🔹 Partner with Infrastructure and Engineering to improve platform stability

🔹 Optimize monitoring, alerting, and operational processes

Desired Skills:

✅ Experience in Application, Production, or Front Office Support

✅ Strong Python and/or Bash scripting skills

✅ SQL and relational database experience (PostgreSQL or similar)

✅ Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting skills

✅ Sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts

✅ Comfort operating under pressure in a mission-critical environment
