You will serve as the principal leader and advisor on intelligent automation. As an Intelling Automation Architect you will establish the vision and strategy for intelligent automation, focusing on improving personal productivity and optimizing business processes. At Deloitte.

With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Intelligent Automation Architect:
- 5+ years of expertise in automation technologies, including proficiency in RPA tools and low-code platforms for building and integrating automated workflows;
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering, with experience developing AI-driven solutions (working with large language models, AI assistants, etc.) and understanding of orchestrating multiple AI agents in complex processes.
- Proven experience on cloud-based architectures and AI services (e.g. Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cognitive Services) to design and architect scalable, secure automation solutions.
- Team-building and mentorship skills, with experience leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning, creativity, and innovation.
What impact will you make?
As the champion of automation and AI-driven solutions, you will lead a team of specialists to design and implement high-impact initiatives that drive digital transformation, enhance operational efficiency and foster innovation in Deloitte’s internal operations. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution – you will guide stakeholders on automation opportunities while ensuring the successful delivery of transformative solutions.

How do you do this?
- define the intelligent automation strategy in alignment with our business goals; prioritize high-impact automation initiatives in personal productivity and end-to-end process optimization
- lead and develop the Intelligent Automation team, building competencies in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI solution development and prompt engineering, while mentoring team members and establishing best practices for solution design and delivery.
- oversee the design and implementation of automation solutions, guiding process analysis and selecting the right tools or technologies for each use case to ensure solutions are well-architected, scalable, and maintainable.
- collaborate with internal business units to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions that address pain points and drive efficiency.
- act as a subject matter expert on intelligent automation tools and trends, staying abreast of emerging AI/machine learning technologies and introducing new tools or methodologies to keep Deloitte at the forefront of innovation.
- establish governance and standards for automation projects, including development, security, and compliance guidelines, and implement frameworks for responsible AI usage with appropriate risk management.
- champion continuous improvement and innovation, monitoring automation performance to drive refinements and enhancements, and encouraging a culture of learning through proofs-of-concept and pilot projects.
