Job description
Not just someone who can manage timelines and meetings.
We’re looking for someone who has actually been in the trenches of complex ERP implementations .
🔹 Role: Global Project Manager (all genders)
🔹 Experience: 10+ years with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 & D365 FSCM
🔹 Language: Fluent German 🇩🇪 + professional English
🔹 Location: Onsite meetings with senior-level stakeholders required
The ideal person has previously worked hands-on as a Functional Consultant and/or Solution Architect before moving into project management.
You should understand:
✔️ Global D365 FSCM / AX 2012 rollouts
✔️ Complex international ERP implementations
✔️ Country-specific legal and regulatory requirements
✔️ Managing and communicating confidently with senior-level stakeholders
✔️ The balance between strategic project leadership and practical, hands-on delivery
- This is a role for someone who can walk into a room with senior stakeholders, speak fluent German, understand the technical and functional challenges, and confidently lead a global rollout forward.
