ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

A leading A1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to lead the delivery of major building developments in Singapore. This is a project leadership opportunity with responsibility for programme, cost, quality, safety and overall construction performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead building projects from planning and construction through completion.

Manage programme, resources, cost, quality and overall project performance.

Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, Construction Managers and project teams.

Monitor project risks, progress, procurement and key delivery milestones.

Provide project updates and performance reporting to senior management.

Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, quality and safety requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building or related discipline.

Strong experience delivering

large-scale building construction projects

.

Proven experience as a

Project Manager with a Main Contractor

preferred.

Hospitality, Institutional, Commercial or Mixed-Use project experience advantageous.

Strong construction, leadership, planning and stakeholder management capabilities.
