Key Responsibilities

Support strategic initiatives aligned with

business and investment priorities

.

Conduct analysis, develop insights and recommendations to support

decision-making, prioritization and business planning

.

Evaluate

business opportunities, platform enhancements and operating model improvements

.

Partner with

Investment, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance and external stakeholders

to drive execution.

Coordinate multiple workstreams, manage

governance, priorities, risks, dependencies and actions

.

Prepare

management reporting, business updates and presentations

for senior stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to improve

processes, governance and operational effectiveness

.

Ideal Background

3–6 years' relevant experience

in: Asset Management / Financial Services Business Management / COO Strategy & Transformation Management Consulting Corporate Strategy / Project Management

Preferably candidates with a background

in:

Hedge Funds

,

Asset Management, or other investment-focused financial institutions.

Requirements
