This is an opportunity to build deep treasury fundamentals, strengthen stakeholder management skills, and contribute to continuous improvement in how we deliver analytical work.

As a Treasury Associate at JPMorganChase within the International Private Bank, you will support analytical work across balance sheet, profitability, pricing, and global treasury initiatives. You will help connect treasury metrics to business decisions by producing clear, senior-ready analysis and partnering closely with stakeholders across finance, risk, business, and technology. You will also help strengthen day-to-day processes and controls that underpin accurate, timely treasury reporting and insights.

Job responsibilities

  • Support treasury operational processes and controls for loan and deposit booking activities to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc analysis on balance sheet, liquidity, interest rate risk, and profitability for the Private Bank
  • Perform funds transfer pricing analysis and help connect impacts to product pricing and performance measurement
  • Prepare concise, senior-ready materials that clearly communicate key insights, drivers, and recommendations
  • Partner with stakeholders across finance, risk, business, and technology to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and deliver analysis on schedule
  • Identify and support process improvement and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk
  • Apply sound judgment and strong attention to detail to ensure data quality, consistency, and control discipline across deliverables

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in an analytical role within banking or financial services (for example, treasury, finance, asset and liability management, or product control)
  • Basic understanding of treasury and banking finance concepts, including balance sheet, liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and profitability metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to structure problems, analyze data, and draw clear, well-supported conclusions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working effectively in an international environment with global stakeholders across time zones
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities with appropriate follow-through
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong PowerPoint skills for analysis and senior-level materials
  • Experience using artificial intelligence tools to enhance analysis and automate routine tasks, applying appropriate controls and judgment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience supporting Private Bank or wealth management businesses
  • Familiarity with Python, Tableau, or similar analytical and visualization tools
  • Fluency in a language in addition to English
