What you'll be doing

• Deliver high-quality labelled data across text, speech, audio, image, and video formats

• Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information

• Analyze root causes and identify error patterns to enhance the quality of data outputs

• Identify operational issues in standard procedures and suggest improvements to unblock workflows

• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow rigorous privacy protocols for all data handling

What we're looking for

• Native or C1 level fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken

• Professional proficiency in English with strong business writing and communication skills

• An Associate’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience

• Advanced reading comprehension and the ability to analyze complex documents

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to implement detailed technical instructions
