Job Description
Team Summary
The AP Digital Sales team is responsible for driving Visa's growth across digital-native clients, fintechs, issuers, payment platforms, and emerging payment ecosystems. The team partners with clients throughout their growth journey, helping them launch, scale, and optimize payment solutions using Visa's portfolio of products and services. The role works closely with Product, Client Services, Risk, Legal, Finance, and regional stakeholders to bring innovative payment solutions to market.
Role Summary
As a Digital Sales Representative (DSR), you will manage and grow a portfolio of fintechs, issuers, and strategic accounts across the Greater China Region (GCR). You will identify client opportunities, lead commercial discussions, develop solution proposals, and drive adoption of Visa's payment capabilities including commercial payments, card issuance, tokenization, cross-border payments, and value-added services.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while coordinating internally across multiple Visa functions to support client growth and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
A Digital Sales Representative will be responsible for the following duties:
To own and manage relationships with a large territory of longtail Tier 3 accounts as a full sales cycle seller.
To drive sales/upsell/cross-sell in a comprehensive selling motion, across all Visa products and solutions, which includes virtual engagement and system touchpoints.
Apply knowledge of how Visa products and offerings are used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges to sell Visa products and offerings and maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Manage current accounts, identify new account opportunities, maintain account plans and create presentation materials that are applicable to all levels of the client organization.
Forecast sales utilizing the knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process, ensuring sales tools are utilized appropriately and maintained regularly.
Participate in client communications, and develop and deliver client presentations using phone, video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and webcasts.
Maintain industry trend knowledge and government regulations that may affect assigned territory.
Collaborate with digital sales team to develop new business strategies and tactics.
Participate in ongoing digital sales trainings.

You will have exposure to a broad range of strategic GCR opportunities, including:
Fintech and digital issuer client management
Commercial card and virtual card program launches
Tokenization and digital wallet enablement initiatives
Cross-border payment and settlement solutions
BIN sponsorship and issuer enablement programs
New card issuance and payment product launches
Strategic commercial partnerships with banks and fintech ecosystems
Complex deal structuring and business case development for high-growth clients
Recent examples include supporting clients on tokenization strategies, digital issuance programs, commercial payment solutions, cross-border payment initiatives, issuer onboarding, and large-scale strategic partnerships

Additional Information:
Working location: This role is required to be onsite in the Singapore office five days a week
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
2 years of experience in consultative sales, business development, account management, or partnership management.
Experience selling complex B2B solutions involving multiple stakeholders and lengthy sales cycles.
Experience working in or supporting the Greater China Region (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau).
Business-level Mandarin and English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both internal and external partners.
Experience managing executive-level client relationships.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop business cases and solution proposals.
Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Payments, fintech, banking, or financial services experience.
Experience working with issuers, fintechs, payment service providers, or digital commerce platforms.
Knowledge of card payments, commercial payments, tokenization, digital wallets, or cross-border payments.
Experience navigating regulatory, compliance, and operational considerations within financial services.
Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM tools, or pipeline management processes.
