Working in our team you will develop an understanding of how our data is structured and handled before analysis. By working closely with a supervisor you will be transforming raw data into impactful and actionable business insights through data tools such as Power BI and Python.

What challenges awaits you

  • Tackle real-world data challenges across 50+ countries, collecting, cleaning, transforming, and wrangling datasets that vary in structure, quality, format, language, and definitions.
  • Build scalable data pipelines and transformation processes that can handle growing volumes of data and support analytics across 50+ countries.
  • Work with Microsoft Fabric to build and manage modern data workflows, gaining hands-on experience with data pipelines, Lakehouse environments, notebooks, and Power BI.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports that bring complex data to life and make insights accessible to different audiences.
  • Experiment with machine learning and AI techniques, in collaboration with a supervisor, to uncover patterns, automate processes, and develop new analytical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Domain (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field)
  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • Knowledge of Python language for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Understanding of the process of creating reports in Power BI.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of AI concepts and their application in business contexts.
  • Familiarity with PySpark
  • Understanding of data modelling for dashboards
  • Experience with machine learning techniques
