About this role

Transformation & Data’s Customer Experience (CX) Strategy team is looking for a Behavioural Scientist who will be part of the team driving behavioural science projects at DBS. You will be involved in driving CX & business impact by applying behavioural science. To do so, you will uncover behavioural biases and barriers that are affecting customer decisions and behaviours, design behaviourally-informed interventions for experimentation, and upskill the bank on behavioural science. The right candidate is passionate about improving customer experiences and business outcomes by scaling behavioural science and rigorous experimentation at the bank.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Chart and drive the Behavioural Science adoption strategy for the bank

  • Develop narratives from experiments to position team as trusted partner in driving behaviour change and business impact

  • Advise on (i) diagnosis of relevant behavioural barriers, biases and heuristics for given CX / business problems (ii) design of behaviourally-informed interventions (iii) set-up and analysis of (quasi)-experiments

  • Manage stakeholders from various business units to effectively test or execute behaviourally-informed interventions

  • Develop and conduct Behavioural Science trainings

 

Requirements 

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience

  • Strong communication skills and extensive experience in engaging executive leadership teams

  • Degree in a field related to Economics / Social or Cognitive Psychology / Behavioural Science / Statistics / Data Analytics / Consumer Behaviour is preferred but not required

  • Have deep expertise and advanced knowledge of behavioural / psychological science or behavioural economics

  • Experienced and comfortable with running statistical analysis on R or Python

  • Have an interest in CX and customer research

  • A self-starter and collaborator that flourishes in a fast-paced, ever-changing and deadline-driven environment
