Associate Architect

SENIOR/ASSOCIATE ARCHITECT – DUBAI

I MPORTANT: We can only consider applications from candidates who have worked for well-known international architecture practices. This is a non-negotiable requirement.

An established global architecture practice with around 150 staff globally is looking to appoint an Associate Architect in Dubai.

The practice has been delivering projects across the Middle East for many years and already has established regional clients, a strong portfolio of completed work and plenty of ongoing and upcoming projects.

Their Dubai team is currently small but growing, creating a genuine opportunity for someone to join at a senior level and have a real influence over how the studio develops.

You will work closely with an experienced Regional Director who has been based in Dubai for many years and has strong knowledge of the local market, clients and project landscape.

The role will involve leading projects, managing client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the studio. As the team expands, you will have the opportunity to recruit and build a team around you, take on greater leadership responsibility and progress alongside the business.

This would be particularly well suited to a strong Senior Architect who is ready to step into an Associate position, or an existing Associate looking for more influence, visibility and long-term progression than they would typically get within a larger regional office.

Requirements:

• Experience working for a well-known international architecture practice
• Strong design and project delivery experience
• Confident presenting to and managing clients
• Experience leading projects and coordinating design teams
• Ambition to build and manage a team
• Middle East experience is preferred but not essential
