About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Estimator & Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder who can independently handle both estimation and procurement, from preparing project quotations and BOQs through to sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, and managing purchase orders.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in interior fit-out, villa renovations and construction projects in Dubai/UAE, with a good understanding of current market pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs, estimates and project costings.
• Carry out quantity take-offs from architectural, interior design and MEP drawings.
• Prepare accurate client quotations and commercial submissions.
• Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations/RFQs.
• Source and procure materials including tiles, sanitaryware, lighting, joinery, MEP materials, fixtures and other fit-out items.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
• Track procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and long-lead items.
• Prepare variation costing and client variation submissions.
• Review and prepare subcontractor payment valuations.
• Monitor project costs and maintain budget vs. actual cost tracking.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering while maintaining quality and design requirements.
• Maintain an updated database of approved suppliers and subcontractors.
• Work closely with Project Managers, designers, site teams and accounts.
• Ensure pricing and procurement decisions are aligned with current Dubai/UAE fit-out and villa renovation market rates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UAE experience in estimation, quantity surveying, procurement or a similar commercial role.
• Strong experience in interior fit-out, villa renovation or construction projects.
• Must be comfortable handling both estimation and procurement.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, costing and client quotations.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, ID and MEP drawings.
• Good knowledge of UAE suppliers, subcontractors and construction material pricing.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Excellent follow-up, coordination and communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Experience with estimation/take-off software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, CostX or similar is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems is an advantage.
• Tagalog speaker preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on all-rounder who can manage the process from drawings → take-off → BOQ → costing → client quotation → supplier/subcontractor sourcing → negotiation → PO → procurement tracking with minimal supervision.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
