Draftsman

• Utilize AutoCAD software to prepare architectural layouts based on concept design drawings. This includes detailing furniture, ceiling arrangements, flooring layouts, partitions, sections, and elevations according to project requirements.
• Generate architectural details and shop drawings, encompassing spot and fixing details of flooring, ceiling installations, partitions, screens, signages, and other architectural elements as dictated by project specifications.
• Develop shop drawings for custom fabricated joinery and furniture, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design intent.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to interpret design concepts and translate them into detailed drawings.
• Maintain awareness of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of drafting tasks.
• Coordinate with project teams to address any revisions or modifications to drawings throughout the design and construction phases.
• Assist in the coordination and integration of architectural drawings with other disciplines such as structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in all drafted designs.

Continuously update skills and knowledge in AutoCAD and related software to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE Fit-Out commercial: 3 years (Required)
