JR Group is looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage coordination across both fit-out and joinery workstreams. This role is the key link between clients, designers, engineers, and the joinery/production team — ensuring fit-out and joinery elements move in sync from concept to completion, on time and within scope.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate communication and workflow between clients, design teams, engineering/site teams, and the joinery production unit throughout the project lifecycle
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across fit-out and joinery scopes, flagging delays proactively
• Schedule and follow up on client meetings, design reviews, and site/joinery coordination meetings
• Maintain accurate project documentation — drawings, shop drawings, approvals, change orders, correspondence
• Liaise closely with the joinery workshop to align specifications, materials, and timelines with the fit-out program
• Prepare progress updates and status reports for management and clients, covering fit-out and joinery together
• Support procurement coordination for materials and finishes, including joinery-specific items (veneers, MDF grades, hardware)
• Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated across design, engineering, and joinery teams
• Assist in resolving day-to-day project and production issues, escalating where necessary

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 1–3 years' experience in project coordination within fit-out, joinery, interior design, or construction
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills across overlapping fit-out and joinery timelines
• Excellent verbal and written English communication (Arabic/Hindi a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools a plus
• Ability to read and understand architectural, interior, and joinery/shop drawings
• Strong interpersonal skills managing multiple stakeholders across design, site, and production teams
