AV Engineer

Responsibilities:

To undertake the management of AV & Lighting Control systems installations.

To undertake the commissioning of AV & Lighting Control systems.

To verify the detailed accuracy of equipment specifications at the "pre-installation" stage.

To develop site specific method statements and risk assessments whereas necessary and ensure that Health and Safety requirements are upheld

To be responsible for compliance with quality standards & regulations

To ensure that systems are properly tested and commissioned.

To assist in the production of O&M and training documentation.

Support project coordinator and PM to prepare the handing over documents.

Coordinate with the main contractor and subcontractor to make sure the work is being carried out according to the given scope and standard.

To configure the AV & Lighting Control systems whenever is required.

Lead the commissioning phase of the projects and do the configuration whenever is required.

To prepare the windows server and installation of the software of AV & Lighting Control systems.

To configure the AV & Lighting Control system devices whereas required.

To do the integration of the AV & Lighting Control system.

To coordinate/plan ahead with the supplier's technical team for the custom integration wherever applicable.

Requirements :

A degree in IT/Computer/Electronics a related field.

Good communication skills in English (Written, Verbal and Speaking)

Ability to work independently and in a team.

3 years plus hands on experience of following systems : (AV & Lighting Control System ) Certification of the above system/systems will be an added advantage.

UAE driving license is an added advantage
