Job description

Your responsibilities

  • Execution of all administrative support tasks to efficiently assist in Sales Europe
  • Travel management, including preparation and follow-up of business trips, as well as general office organisation
  • Coordination of appointments and handling of correspondence in German and English
  • Preparation and creation of documents, presentations, and reports
  • Tracking, analysis and segmentation validation of datasets from selected European market organizations, including data upload and validation in CRM systems and analytics tools
  • Planning, organisation, and execution of meetings, events, and workshops, including hosting international guests
  • Acting as an interface between internal and external stakeholders
  • Taking on project-related special tasks in sales, as well as independently managing sub-projects

Your profile

  • Completed commercial (business) vocational training
  • Several years of experience in an assistant role within an international company, ideally at management level in sales
  • Good knowledge of sales and marketing is desirable
  • Experienced in working in global teams
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Business-fluent English and very good German, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages are a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills combined with a confident demeanor, as well as loyalty and flexibility (including time flexibility)
  • Structured, proactive, and self-reliant working style, characterized by a pragmatic, hands-on mentality and a strong ability to prioritise; also service oriented with intercultural competence
  • Excellent organisational skills and quick comprehension, even under time pressure
