Sous Chef
to join our kitchen team!
If you’re an experienced chef who enjoys being hands-on, leading a team and working in a fast-paced café environment,
we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and support the kitchen team during daily operations
Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation
Keep kitchen operations running smoothly during service
Coach and develop junior kitchen team members
Support the Head Chef in maintaining kitchen standards

What We’re Looking For
4+ years of kitchen experience
Strong passion for food and hospitality
Confident in leading and working with a team
Hands-on, positive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
