Service Supervisor

to join our growing team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional guest service, and supporting the team as we grow into new ventures. You’ll play a key role in upholding our standards while also contributing to the successful launch and operation of the new outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support F&B service staff during daily operations

Ensure high-quality service standards and guest satisfaction

Assist in training, scheduling, and evaluating team members

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing when needed

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Support management in implementing service improvements

Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reports

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow

Uphold brand standards and promote a positive work environment

Requirements:

Prove experience in a supervisory role in F&B or hospitality

Split shifts

Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills

Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management is a plus

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Management from time to time.

Working Conditions:

Shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays

Standing for long periods; fast-paced service environment

Requires occasional lifting of trays and supplies
